Welcome to the Bunny Hop!!

Hi everyone!!! We're so excited you are joining us in our first ever Bo Bunny Hop!!

And our first Guest Designer too! I know you'll love her...she's one talented gal!! But you'll have to keep hopping to find out who it is!

The talk today is around our new line..Grease Monkey! It's not only a great line with colors that scream me...Wasabi Green, Citrus and Dark Denium. But the theme is right up my alley!

Anyone who knows me know I am a car gal! And I've been this way for as long as I can remember. I loved the car driven in Smokey and the Bandit and fancied myself a bit of Sally Fields too! I mean who would not have loved to drive around in that Trans Am with Burt Reynolds?! Fast forward to the movie Gone in 60 Seconds and my guy Nicolas Cage and Eleanor!

Seriously that car was so beautiful I can't say much more than that.

I've been to many car shows and drooled over more cars than I can count. I've watched countless Barrett Jackson car auctions on Speed TV and my dream would be to meet Chip Foose! But without a doubt I am a Corvette girl through and through. Now don't get me wrong..if you put a Shelby Mustang, '69 Convertible Camaro, Ferrari F430 or an Astin Martin Vanquish

or Vantage in front of me..I'll jump! I'll even ask how high!LOL

But I'll always love Corvette's!!!

Funny though! My first car was a little 4 speed Honda Civic. I actually didn't even know how to drive it when I got it. My boyfriend at the time helped me learn. But I'll never forget the first day driving home from work. I was panicked because I had to drive up hill and shift and was worried I'd stall out on the hill with a car behind me!LOL Thankfully I made it and learned to drive that car so well my next was a 5 speed Nissan 240SX! Fun car! I miss it a bit as there's something very fun about shifting!! Now I have a Ford Expedition that I truly do love! And that pretty blue car in the layout.

So enough about me!

What's your favorite car? I'd love to know! Leave me a comment before you hop and you might be the winner a bit of Bo Bunny goodies from me too!

Keep on hopping to find out who is out first Guest Designer and a chance to win some of our amazing Grease Monkey collection. That is not just for the guys!

so ......

let's hop next to...........

  3. Oh you go for the good ones don't you! Corvettes!
My first car was a Ford Escort, a Panelvan no less, hee hee. I did have an RX7 after that though which was much better. Now my hubby drives a Holden Monaro (old one) and I get stuck with the van.

  9. my favorite suv is the acura mdx - I have a larger SUV, so I'd like to go a little smaller - no more double-strollers to bring around :)

  14. Id love to have a RAV 4! What great photos and projects on your blog. I have added you to my google reader so I can see your inspiration when you post it!

  15. My everyday car is a Honda Accord, however, my favorite car is the 65 Corvette in our garage!!! Prefer to be the passenger because it is a challenge to drive. No power steering and it is a stick shift!

    ReplyDelete
  16. My fave car used to be a Mustang but the older I get, the more I'm going for the cutesy cars. Sorry, you motorheads out there who want all of the muscle!!! I want a VW van. Not one of those new ones...I want an OLD one, from the 1960's. You know the one, with the two-tone paint (aqua and white, please) that goes down into a point and the huge VW emblem on the front?! Unfortunately for me, I can't drive a stick shift and that's the only way they were made. I've contented myself with a 2008 VW rabbit for now. It's a fun car, too! I love it.

My DH has two 1980 Triumphs. They're fun little cars, too. The TR8 really flies!

My first car was a '64 Impala convertible; oh, how I wish I still had it! I've also watched many Barrett Jackson auctions, and love to do it with my dad because he can tell stories about many similar cars! Someday, I'll have a fleet of my own, but for now I'm quite happy with my Suburban to haul family and friends. Thanks for the fun post!

  93. A car fanatic like me! I like you already! ;-) My favorite car is the older model Azure from Bentley - purdy, purdy! I have only seen one out on the streets and it was years ago. I dreamt about that car...so when it was time for a new car for me and hubby asks what do I want, I tell him and he says, I'll get one for you if you can find the mechanic to go with it. Did he think the car would break down? lol Needless to say I did not find a mechanic and drive an economical Audi A4 now...and it serves it's purpose very well as my daily driver. I love to go with you in the corvette for some fun...call me when you are in town, ok? lol

    ReplyDelete
